Parent-baby treatment

During parent-baby treatment, you, as the mother or father, receive gentle treatment while your baby lies against your body. Through the touch and regulation applied to you, the treatment simultaneously benefits your baby.

This shared experience strengthens your bond, supports your baby's regulation, and often brings more peace and connection to your everyday life.

You will also learn simple techniques and rituals that you can use at home to support yourself and your baby in everyday life.
